Trust First Capital — Please Read Carefully Before Investing
At Trust First Capital, customer safety, transparency and proper verification are extremely important to us. All investors are requested to carefully read the following information before proceeding with any investment.
1. Investment Limit
One person can make a maximum of 2 investments at a time.
Before making any investment, please make sure that you understand the applicable investment plan, duration, terms and conditions.
2. Verify Our Employee Before Making Any Payment
This is one of the most important points for every investor.
Before starting your investment, we strongly recommend that you verify the details of the Trust First Capital employee who is dealing with you.
During our official working hours, after you contact us through our official contact channel, we will provide you with the relevant details of the person working with us for your investment process.
You should contact and verify that person before handing over any investment amount.
Please remember:
Do not make any payment until you have properly verified the person who has been assigned to you.
If you have any doubt about the person, payment, documents or investment process, please contact Trust First Capital through our official communication channel before proceeding.
🔐 3. We Do NOT Ask for OTP or Bank Details
Trust First Capital does not ask customers to share OTPs.
We also do not ask you to provide sensitive banking information for the purpose of receiving or processing your investment.
Never share:
OTP
ATM PIN
UPI PIN
Internet banking password
Card PIN
CVV
Any other confidential banking/security credential
If anyone claiming to represent Trust First Capital asks you for an OTP, UPI PIN, ATM PIN or similar confidential information, do not share it. Verify the person with us immediately.
📄 4. Identification Document
For identification/verification purposes, an identification document may be requested where applicable.
However:
You should provide such a document only when you are comfortable doing so and after understanding why it is required.
Do not provide unnecessary documents to anyone claiming to represent Trust First Capital without first verifying their identity and purpose.
📱 5. We Do NOT Collect Investment Payments Through Social Media
Trust First Capital does not request investment payments through social media applications.
Please do not make an investment payment because someone contacts you through:
WhatsApp
Facebook
Instagram
Telegram
Any other social media or messaging application
Even if someone uses the Trust First Capital name, logo or other company information, verify the person with us first.
Important:
Until you have properly verified the person assigned by Trust First Capital, do not hand over or transfer your investment amount.
🤝 6. Meeting & Verification Process
After you contact us during our official working hours regarding an investment, we will provide you with the relevant details of the person working with us who will handle your investment process.
You can then contact that person and, where applicable, meet them personally.
We recommend that investors:
Verify the employee's details.
Confirm the investment amount.
Confirm the selected investment plan.
Confirm the investment duration and maturity date.
Read all applicable documents carefully.
Ask questions if anything is unclear.
Only proceed after you are satisfied with the information provided.
📝 7. Documentation & Processing Fee
If an investor wants a formal document to be prepared and signed for the investment process, a processing fee of ₹800 may apply.
The applicable document/form may contain details of:
Investor Details
Investor's name
Identification details
Investment amount
Investment date
Applicable investment terms
Maturity/fixed date
Other relevant investor information
Employee Details
Name/details of the Trust First Capital representative
Relevant identification information
Signature of the representative
Both the investor and the concerned representative may be required to sign the applicable documents.
Please carefully read the document before signing it.
📜 8. Investment Acknowledgement / Stamp Paper
Where applicable, an investment-related acknowledgement/document may be prepared on stamp paper.
The document may record that:
The investor has voluntarily provided the stated investment amount.
The investment amount has been provided without force or coercion.
The applicable investment/maturity terms are recorded.
The relevant parties have signed the document.
The applicable security arrangement, if any, is recorded.
Investors should read and understand the complete document before signing.
🧾 9. Security Cheque
Where a security cheque is issued as part of the applicable investment documentation, it may be issued for the relevant maturity/security arrangement and corresponding date.
The cheque is intended for security purposes as documented between the relevant parties.
Important:
The investor must not make any alteration, overwriting, unauthorized addition, deletion or other tampering with the cheque.
If any unauthorized alteration or tampering is found, the cheque may not be treated as valid for the intended security arrangement, and Trust First Capital cannot guarantee the outcome of any cheque-bounce or banking process resulting from such alteration.
Any applicable copy retained in the documentation may be compared with the original/documented record to determine whether any alteration has been made.
Please keep the cheque safe and do not alter it.
🪪 10. Identification Attachments
Where applicable and with the required consent, the documentation may contain identification copies of:
The investor
The concerned Trust First Capital representative
These documents may be attached to the applicable investment documentation for identification and record purposes.
Please ensure that you provide documents only through the verified investment process.
🚫 11. Investment Cannot Currently Be Used for a Loan
At present, Trust First Capital does not provide a facility to obtain a loan against an investment made with us.
This facility is currently not available.
If this facility becomes available in the future, the applicable terms and conditions will be communicated separately through the appropriate official channels.
🛡️ 12. Protect Yourself From Fraud
Please be especially careful if anyone:
Asks for an OTP.
Asks for your UPI PIN or ATM PIN.
Requests payment through a personal/social-media account.
Pressures you to make an immediate payment.
Claims to be our employee without verification.
Requests payment before you have verified their identity.
Provides investment information that does not match the information given through our official communication channel.
When in doubt, stop the transaction and contact Trust First Capital through our official contact channel.
✅ BEFORE YOU INVEST — FINAL CHECKLIST
Before making your investment, please make sure that you have:

☐ Confirmed the representative's details with Trust First Capital.
☐ Confirmed your investment amount.
☐ Confirmed your selected investment plan.
☐ Confirmed the investment duration.
☐ Confirmed the applicable maturity date.
☐ Read and understood the applicable documents.
☐ Understood any applicable processing fee.
☐ Checked all information written in the documents.
☐ Understood the security-cheque arrangement, where applicable.
☐ Confirmed that nobody has asked you for an OTP, PIN or password.
☐ Confirmed that you are not making payment through an unauthorized social-media account.

Please do not make any investment payment until you have verified the concerned Trust First Capital representative and understood the complete investment process and applicable documents.
