A customer can make a maximum of 2 investments at one time. Please ensure that you understand the applicable investment terms before making an investment.

OTP & Bank Details 

Trust First Capital does not ask customers to share their OTP or bank account details. For your security, never share your OTP, password, PIN or other confidential banking information with anyone.

Identification Document

For identification purposes, the company may request one document from the customer. Customers should provide any such document only if they are comfortable doing so and after verifying the request with a Trust First Capital company representative.

Payment & Social Media Safety

Trust First Capital does not ask customers to make payments through social media apps. Customers should not make any payment through social media or to an unknown person. Please wait until you meet or verify the employee/representative sent by the company before making any payment.

Company Representative Contact Process

During company working hours, Trust First Capital will provide the details of the relevant working employee/representative. Customers can then contact that person for further communication or assistance. Customers are advised to verify the representative's details before proceeding.

Document Signing

If a customer wants Trust First Capital to provide a document for signing in connection with an investment, a document fee of ₹800 may be applicable. Customers should confirm the applicable fee and document details with the company representative before proceeding.
